Discover the flavour of génépi in an aperitif that combines the vigour of mugwort with the discreet sweetness of mountain honey and the freshness of white wine. With a frank attack on the palate, with notes of honey and white fruit, giving way to aromatic plant scents (thyme, rosemary) and hints of spices. It has a rich, heady start with honey aromas that evolve into a bouquet of aromatic plants and dried fruit. The tasting ends with the delicate bitterness of mugworts. The finish is long and generous. Enjoy it chilled as an aperitif. Vermouth with genepi - 16%vol. Obtained by macerating mugworts in a white wine.
