Our red wine for those of you who prefer the summer with “steak frites”. A red composed of Cinsault and Syrah, light but full of aromatic intensity. A cool red you can also drink slightly chilled.

A limpid, cherry color, with violet hues.
The aromatic profile reveals aromas of undergrowth, hints of red fruit and a cocoa-flavored tone.
On the palate with freshness, delicacy, marked by notes of confectionery, pastry and dried fruits. A spicy finish with young tannins.

A splendid wine to drink with a steak frites or any kind of grilled beef, lamb or merguez. Always perfect to accompany pasta and pizzas with strong or spicy sauces such as spaghetti Bolognese or a salami pizza.

This red wine marries extremely well with mature hard cheeses, with Parmigiano Reggiano made from cows’ milk, or mature Gouda. Try a mature sheep’s cheese, for example, a mild, fresh Pecorino or the Spanish Manchego. Or the French mountain cheese Beaufort, from the Savoyard Alps.
