Wine description

Dedicated to organic agriculture, it is obvious to us that a more natural approach is the future of good wines. After severely restricting the use of sulphur in recent years, and launching a cuvée Nature Syrah in April 2018, we have made the crazy bet of offering you Pur-Eté, a new rosé solution. The result of organic viticulture in the vineyard and a vinification with the minimum possible additives.

Tasting:  The colour is very light, peach-coloured, frank and clear.
The nose opens like a flower, giving way to aromas of white flesh fruits, melon and a touch of gunflint. The palate is straightforward. A lot of volume, freshness and a well balanced structure. Lemony and sweet notes of verbena on the finish.

This natural wine will go perfectly with your grilled meats, but also with more Mediterranean dishes such as poultry with candied lemon and thyme, a tomato salad mozzarella burrata, or a pissaladière. It will also be perfect with a red fruit crumble or rhubarb pie.

Fresh and dry Rosé wines from Provence are an excellent accompaniment to all kinds of fresh cheeses. Following the good rule on the subject of wine and cheese that due to the same climatic and geographic conditions wine and cheese from the same region will marry well together, we recommend a fresh and mild goat or sheep cheese, such as Etorki or Chavroux. Do also try a Brie de Meaux with the Cuvée Préstige. Alternatively, we recommend our
Rosé wines to accompany hard cheeses with characteristic salt crystals. For example, a full-flavoured Gruyère - an aromatic raw milk cheese from western Switzerland - or a mild Comté - a raw milk cheese from the French Jura.
