2023
AOP Côtes de Provence
Incomparable Provence ! A big bottle of first class Rosé, a pleasure to share. A wine that evokes holidays and truly embodies the spirit of the Mediterranean. Elegant, expressive, delicate and organic.
Wine
Our Cuvée Prestige is our most important wine. By "assembling" the best of our Cinsault, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Rolle grapes our Cuvée Prestige shall be the most faithful expression of our territory. A fine and well balanced Rosé Côtes de Provence. Elegant, expressice, delicate and of course organic.
Tasting notes
The colour is clear, elegant and pale, salmon with greyish hues.
The nose expresses itself with charm and intensity, with aromas of box flower which evolve towards notes of passion fruit and lychee.
On the palate, the wine is precise, elegant and well-crafted, with notes of coffee and mango that accompany a crisp and delicate finish.

Food Pairing
Our Cuvée Prestige is the perfect wine for vitamin-rich, Mediterranean or vegetarian cooking; with salads, quiche, risotto or pasta. Elegant, fruity, dry, serious in stature and full of summery flavours it will as well accompany all kinds of summer classics such as veal and poultry or grilled fish or meat. Its minerality and its aromatic scents make it also a good companion for spicy dishes.
Fresh and dry Rosé wines from Provence are an excellent accompaniment to all kinds of fresh cheeses. Following a good rule on the subject of wine and cheese that due to the same climatic and geographic conditions wine and cheese from the same region will marry well together, we recommend a fresh and mild goat or sheep cheese, such as Etorki or Chavroux.
For dessert we recommend a red fruit tart or - for the ambitious - a strawberry carpaccio with Tête des Moine and raspberry balsamic vinegar.

Tasting note: "Bright, light orange-pink colour. Appealing nose combining citrus fruit, red berries, fine spices and a hint of minerality. Well-crafted, full-bodied, fresh, fragrant and pleasantly spicy on the palate. A harmonious match for poultry with herbs."
Wine Pilot (92 points)
As Australia (and Qantas Airways) belong for years to the important export markets for our Prestige, we regularly receive reviews from "down under". Wine Pilot is one of the trusted authorities . Award winning wine writers, critics and sommeliers from some of the world's top restaurants (the pilots) taste day and night to uncover the very best wine, beer and spirits for Australian consumers. The review: "More please. This blend – 36% Cinsault, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Grenache, 19% Syrah and 2% Rolle from the Côtes de Provence – is fully tank fermented. The colour is a pale bronze pink. A most appealing Rosé – delicate, elegant and refined – with notes of florals, wild strawberries, white peaches and citrus, especially grapefruit pith. Showing good focus and length, this is nicely balanced with fine acidity and a clean, dry finish. Enjoy this now and for the next two years."
